As we move towards an Immaterial future - Are we nostalgic for the Material, for what we might lose?

Is this necessary in order for us to understand how to move forwards?

Our nostalgia to the material past> Must we act this out until we are done with it?

Death of an Object explores the resonances between objects and extracts information through the non-human in the hope to generate new ideas about our inevitability.

Through mechanisms of;

ritual craft folklore memory

The exhibition aimed to create discourse around; transference of memory, commemoration, mechanisms of value, collections, transcendence (of taste), value in the idea and what does it mean to be an object.
